Taz's diary - Need to do this!

I KNOW when I'm bad so writing it down does nothing for me. Love your list and your attitude Taz. Don't forget it might not be all bad as all the exercise may be producing more muscle and we know that weighs heavier than fat x
 
Well I did go back to full hours training last week so that could account for some of it but mustn't forget the pizza on Friday! And Aunt Flow has just started to unpack her bags for a visit! I will kick her out by the weekend, not so keen on her as she won't let me go swimming :(
 
Nasty old Aunt Flo - just when you were getting into the swing of it - miserable old biddy!!!! She doesn't visit me any more, I sent her packing x
 
I am still maintaining a civil relationship with her. She doesn't stop me training for my MA's though and she won't stop me going to the gym either!
 
She used to knock me out totally sometimes and stop me doing everything x
 
As long as I get in quick with the painkillers I'm fine. I do find that exercise eases the pains though
 
There are some specific yoga exercises for TOTM that I used to do sometimes but the best thing for me was lying on the sofa with my legs up the wall and a hotty botty on my tum x

Yeah, can't be doing with it getting in the way of life!

I had breakfast so late today that I forgot about lunch! Just waiting for my potato wedges to cook now!
 
It's so nice to have fully stocked fridge, freezer and cupboards! For lunch I had Quorn satay sticks with peanut sauce and some Quorn picnic eggs. For dinner I had Quorn swedish balls in alphabetti spaghetti followed by some mousse (sugar free jelly with muller)

They are ok, i couldn't have had them without the dip though. They are just plain chicken flavour with a little spice
