Ok so I have been doing some thinking. My weight, rather than losing my holiday gains, has gone up AGAIN! I have WI on wednesday and that will definately be showing a gain as I am currently 6lb up from pre-holiday WI. That means I definately won't be getting any more vouchers and I can't keep avoiding WI to avoid seeing the gain. So I will go back to the nurse as planned in 2 weeks but I won't argue with her when she tells me that I can't have more. I think I will give it a go going solo again. I know that it's never worked for me before but I am thinking of trying a new strategy. I will WI at home on a Friday morning. I have WI sheets in my SW pack so I can record it each week and I know my scales are accurate. I will ONLY go easy on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday then back on plan strictly from the Monday. I will give this a go starting from this Friday and see how disciplined I can be. I have never been able to do it alone before so not sure how it will be
