Hi Taz - just caught up with your diary. You've been busy as usual while I've been away. Well don on the activity and good news about work. Yoga is great - my Dad used to do yoga and I did it a long time ago too.

Jim - great that your OH is an instructor, does she knock you into shape?

No Gem, but she is very flexible.

I'm saying nothing - on the grounds that this could get out of hand and she's not here to defend herself x

It went well at work! I am going back in 2 weeks to restrricted duties. I'm not allowed to do any overtime but I will be back on full pay which is great! Only trouble is it means I have to do some late shifts for a while which I don't like but that wont be forever! Woo Hoo!
