Morning all, sorry to have deserted my diary. I have been working long hours leaving the house at stoopid o clock in the morning then getting home in time to have dinner then go training. I worked 10 hours Saturday, got home and had to sort out some stuff for a car boot sale then get up early yesterday morning to go to said boot sale! We packed up at 2pm and I headed off in the Tazmobile while my friends went off in the hired van. half hour after I got home I had a call to say they'd broken down in the van so I had to go out to them. We had to take the driver to pick up the car from the van hire place and then the driver took me and my friend to her car so we then had 3 cars which we emptied the van into. We took all cars back to my friends house where we unloaded all the stuff then spent the afternoon trying to get hold of the van hire man to report the disaster to him. It was gone 8pm by the time we heard from him. They are going to see him today to see what is wrong with the van. All we know is that it's not their fault but we get the feeling he may try to stick it on them.
So this week I am on lates. It's not too bad though, I have a job today but for the rest of the week I am route learning so I can go in a little earlier if I want.
*UPDATE*
An update on Kat (not me, nothing to report there!) she has an appointment today for her first band fill. She has lost 2st 4lb since the week before the operation and has since bought her very first pair of New Look jeans! The company she was working for has folded so she is now 'between jobs' and is also in the proccess of moving house! So totally without internet access for a whole week.
So how is everyone?
So this week I am on lates. It's not too bad though, I have a job today but for the rest of the week I am route learning so I can go in a little earlier if I want.

Hi all, thanks for doing my update Taz. I'm doing this message with my mobile Hehe! Thanks Jim and Gem. I will hopefully get my fill today, i could do with restriction now as i seem to feel hungry more quickly then before. I'm happy with my weight loss though. I will get Taz to update more on todays events. Thanks again for all your support. Take care peeps. (Taz, you can have your diary back now! Lol)

When did you say you would be able to start swimming again? Have you had the chance to try out your dolphin?
