Morning all(?) I get the feeling my diary has been put to the back of the filing cabinet and forgot about! Ah well, I will ramble away.
Not swimming today as I am going training tonight. I don't usually go on a Tuesday but it's a special session tonight so I am going to go. It's Mr Taz's birthday tomorrow and we are going out to dinner which will be nice then having a party at the weekend. Scales are sticking at the moment but it's ok cus they aren't rising!
I have discovered 'My Fitness Pal' where you can keep a record of food and exercise and it tells you how many calories, carbs, fat and protein you should be having per day and works out how many calories you have 'earned' through exercise. Although I don't like the idea of exercise being a way to earn food, I think it should be totally seperate and a bonus
