That's odd, I've noticed that I've been clamping my jaw a lot over the last couple of days.

Have you heard any more about your operation?

I'm not having it Nomad, I have got some medication to take for 6-9 month to see if it will help!

Um, what? I thought your jaw pain was down to being mis aligned! How is medication going to help that????

 

[Taz]

Nomad, the medication is muscle relaxants. The idea is to stop my jaw from clenching and for it to learn a new way of working and positioning itself. Whether or not it works only time will tell!

Ah okay, that makes sense. I hope they work then!

How's you doing? Are you getting used to getting up at a stupid hour yet?

Morning all. Well today is the star of almost 2 weeks without a day off so I may not have much screen time I still have these headaches so I may have to find some time to visit the doctor. Have a happy Monday everyone x
