Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Well sleep is definately what I got! 11 hours of it and I have still been tired all day! I am hoping this sleepiness won't last as I have lots of other things to be doing, can't be sleeping all the time! I read the leaflet with the tablets last night and one of the side effects is weight gain!!! I am gutted at that!

Hope your day hasn't been too bad and that the tablets are helping with the pain (?). Sorry I can't remember if that is what they are for!!!

Almost Nomad! They are to relax my muscles, in particular my jaw, to stop it clamping and locking so in theory that should stop the pain!

Well I went to bed early last night and managed to get up this morning although I do feel like sleeping again. I might fall asleep when I get on the train but I will try not to!

Evening all! Yes I am awake, just! Have been to Weymouth twice today but only had half hour there. It was nice to get a lung full of sea air though!

I have finished my week of visiting Weymouth and now have a couple of days off so I plan to rest!

Morning all, I now have a couple of days off and I am going to rest rest rest as I may then have a stretch of 10 days after! I may be hitting the shops with a friend later before she goes off to Italy tomorrow so that will be nice.
