With all that happend to you these lost few week it's no wonder your still a bit down, just glad your feeling lots better.

Yeah I guess I have been a little run down lately. At least I don't feel as bad as I look and sound

i think its going around i had a cold that turned into a very nasty cough which ive had for over 2 weeks now and i passed it onto my mum and my friend! hope you feel better soon tho!!

It seems that most people at work have some kind of bug or other so I am not alone!

No Taz, no work - I'm back to my phased return - 2 days this week, Tuesday and Thursday. I was quite tired when I got home yesterday. x

I thought all possible sh1t had been thrown at me. I get up this morning to find that a very good friend of mine died last night. I am gutted, I was supposed to go and see him but I never got the chance.

secondly my complete and utter condolances for you and whoever knew your friend.

Sometimes life gets in the way of us seeing the friends we love but try and remember you were both blessed to have eachother in your lives and I am sure he knew and knows how much he meant to you so please dont feel guilty.
One of my oldest friends passed away in May so if you need a chat or a shoulder just ping me.

Thanks guys, he was only a young guy but he was waiting for a heart and lung transplant. He has 2 young children and a wife left behind. So so sad

hun just a suggestion but when my friend passed, in the sympathy card I wrote how much she meant to me and how just her smile could brighten anyones day as she was so lovely. Her family have kept my card and said that that meant so much to them that they read it out at her funeral so I know (i believe in afterlife) that she heard how much she meant to me? It helped to get things down on paper too!

Hi Taz, I'm wondering if that was the same guy that was in hospital with my FIL, he too was waiting for a transplant and had 2 or 3 kids, one was a young baby. He found it hard being at home because the baby didnt really know him I think, must have been hard for all of them. I cant remember his name but thats so sad. Take care x
