Well it's back to work today on a 9 hour shift and I've got WI tonight. Not too sure how today is going to go but I have a headache brewing already!

Evening all! Well I got into work today only to find out that I had a training day so we all went to a hotel in Newport for it and we had ham egg and chips for lunch! It was nice apart from it was quite fatty and it was not the kind of food I would usually eat on WI day. Also we went out for dinner last night so not surprising really that I put on another 1.5lb! This weight has to start coming off now cus it's just not funny!

It's 10.5lb for me now Gem but the challenge is on. Hang on, I am going to go find my mini goals again

Updating my mini goals

1st goal: Get my 3 1/2 stone award back!3.5lb to go
2nd goal: Get into the 13's, 6.5lb to go
3rd goal: Get my 4 stone award back! 10.5lb to go
4th goal: Get to 13st 7lb, 13lb to go.

No it was just ham egg and chips all round. Never mind, it's a new week now and I am going shopping to stock up on good foods

good luck honey. most of that 1.5lbs will be water weight. it will be gone in a day or two. you're doing brilliantly 3lbs is still 3lbs. after all you've been through it's amazing you haven't piled it all back on. you'll be fine.

and thankyou so much for pointing me to alfred angelo. i just really hope they don't stop making that dress before i'm ready to buy it!!

now that's a thought... but i would like to try the thing on first... hopefully when we get close to christmas i will be small enough to try things on and if they discontinue it i'm sure they'd still have something similar... when did you get married taz? and they've had those styles for a while haven't they?

I got married in February Abz and there have been 2 new versions of my dress since I first spotted mine but I didn't like them as much and they STILL sell my dress. You can order your dress anytime as they will alter it to the size you are at the time of your wedding

i still want to try it on though to see if it suits me at goal weight. i mean, i'm pretty sure it will. but don't want to buy a wedding dress i haven't even tried on... and it would have to be altered a LOT i think, ha. well. hope... another couple of months and then i'll go for it

They are nearly done. I made all the table decorations last week. I just have to get some 'before' pictures printed then mounted on card and I'm done!
