What a cheerful bunch you lot are. Well done again Gail, that text from you yesterday kept me on the straight and narrow in the big city. Left home at 7.50 am and got back at 9.45pm, I wore heals and my feet are killing me this morning but stuck to the diet except I didn't drink much water..not a whole load of public toilets I'd want to use as Tube stations....and didn't want to PMSL he he..
Anyway good day today, so keep going. Hypn sounds interesting, might look into that myself.

well not quite a high gave up smoking today so a little stressed but not had a cigarette i did choose to eat chicken today just to make the first day easier and it has helped done a lot of housework to keep me busy washing machine not working since sons overflowing sink action so sent him and older daughter to laundrette i had so much washing and was sick of looking at it!!!!
i hope everyone is having a good day whats left of it cant wait for i'm a celebritynad my bar lol

Well, i lost 1.5 lb 
Am going to break the 11 stone 13 barrier next week if it kills me! I haven't done it yet in nearly 2 years lol. I took some pics with my (one of me on my wedding day, one of me in august 07) and she was stunned! Even showed them round the group! Feel good moment there.
Just had a yummy tea after hitting the gym and am about to steal hubby's bath

Well done Gail on the smoking. I gave up when I was 12! having only ever smoked 2 x 1/2 cigs. My mum caught me and my twin sister in the shed. We'd taken her best silver lighter and she was searching for it..busted! never tried again.
I'm not having an official weigh in until Monday, but have lost 1.5lb..That'll be due to by drinking binge at the weekend. i have been good this week though...took delivery of a whole lamb from a farmer friend of mine, all portioned and wrapped up nicely. Spent the night dreaming about a leg on a spit above the BBQ. Do you think I can be saved or is it tooooo late? I fear for my future wih all that lamb, if you don't hear from me I've taken a lamb overdose....
Only joking, I'm sharing it with 3 other family members and have put my share in the freezer...

I've just looked back and I was right, Vixc in New York and Big Bird in Jersey. Both away for a week I think.
You can probably add 5lb for each of them, you would be if it was me anyway....I'm weak, weak I tell you! But saying that today is going really well.

hi all
had an ok day really went to hospital with DD waiting three hours to be told NOTHING well thats what it seemed like she has to have an MRI scan to see if its malignant or benign (cancerous or not) he said get an appointment for an emergency scan then go back to him so pleaded with them to do asap as DD is in a lot of pain so got one for tues at 8.30 went back to specialist were he said wow how did you get one so soon god hospitals he then was going to plaster her leb from toes to top of leg but said he'd try a leg brace first thank god so really got no further have mri on tues then have to ring secretary of specialist to get appt for 2 weeks so she could be in pain for another 2 weeks but hey apart form that
i choose to have some turkey i have not had a cigarette and a new dress yes i know another new dress i bought in a size 16 FITS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wooooow hooooooooo i hated buying clothes before but now i just cant stop hehe forget kids xmas presents lol
i cant believe you lost so much again Dax congratulations you are doing so well

just had my chocolate muffin yummy trying to glug loads of water but its alittle hard today did not drink much this morning as i didnt want to keep leaving georgia on her own drank 2 litres up to now should hopefully get another litre down
i am so happy my dress fits me the kids say i looked great so on the night of my party when i have had my hair cut my nails done and make up on i promise i will put up my before and during pictures hehe
