Back on the wagon
Hi Donna
How are you getting on with WW - are you finding it okay and still having good losses (sorry, I forget what you posted but know you're still losing okay) and not finding the world of food too tempting? I ask because I'm finding CD increasingly difficult for a few reasons:
* The children are getting older and are asking questions and I don't really want to bring dieting into their world when so young.
* I'm missing sitting down with the family to eat and don't think it makes for good family values with kids so young for me to not be sitting and joining in the same meal as them. (imho anyway - they're only 4 and 5)
* I'm getting really fed up with this diet as I've been on it forever it feels.
I'm thinking if I can stick with this diet untill Christmas and then maybe after going back to WW or maybe following a much higher plan which would mean I could join in with family meals much easier. Ideas and thoughts anyone? Thanks

Well, its been a rocky road. Lost 2, gained 2.5, lost 1.5, gained 1.5, lost 1.5 you get the picture. However, I am not heavier than when I came off CD! Being on CD has taught me more about portion control & eating the right things (just dont go baking bread like I did today! Not good...)
There is a new plan out tomorrow which I will start on Thursday (after WI on Wednesday) so looking forward to that.
I have found that I drink more than I used to and I can also exercise more. For me, it was the right time to swap. I am enjoying cooking & being 'adventurous' - my family are loving it too. I totally understand where you are coming from with not wanting to introduce the girls to the world of 'dieting' so young. My lo (Sam - ds) is 2.5 and he knows when mummy has something different to him. Its lovely to be able to sit at the table & have breakfast, lunch & tea with him!
If thats how you're feeling about CD, perhaps continue with it over Xmas, work up the plans & then join WW in the new year and see how it goes. If it doesnt work, you can always go back to CD - its not going to go away! I have had a heavy weekend on the bread so think I might do a couple of days of 2 shakes & 1 meal lol.
