Morning All, I hope that you all had a good weekend.
I am a bit down at the moment. I weighed Myself this morning and my scales say I have only lost 2lbs? I am really dissapointed as I have been good ( not been out of ketosis) and I have exercised (low Impact, stepping and sit ups) every day last week....
Not sure what is going on - but If I am only going to lose 2lbs a week I may as well be on Weight Watchers!! - For me to acheive a "stone a month" - I needed to lose 5lbs this week.... Feeling low..
