Evening ladies!

Just got back from my weekly WI and I officially lost 8lbs this week :) yay!! Unofficially I lost 11lbs as that was my weight before consuming my packs and water and in the nuddy this morning which will do me just fine!

So my current official weight is 11.12 but I am going with my morning weight of 11.9 on ticker etc as that's what counts!!

And that's week one done and dusted, and day 1 of week 2 is nearly over... only another few weeks to go and I'll be on a higher plan!

WannaB - Thats great! Your first week is always so good!

How's everyone else going? Tempted by those mince pies? LOL! I'm lucky in a way because I can't eat them anyway. Can't eat gluten so they'd just make me ill.

I'm unofficially down 40 pounds today and feeling very chuffed. 2 more to 3 stone.
 
Morning Ladies

Only 2lbs again this week - but at least I ate something on Saturday so I don't feel so bad about it. I guess the remainder of my weight is going to go in little bits rather than chunks.

Yoga is going well - I can't believe how much more flexible I am already - and I really do feel better for it. I definately prefer this to aerobics or that type of exercise and it does still feel like a workout - at least to me :) Definately would recommend.

Hope everyone is doing well so far this week.

My weigh in is Thursday so its unlikely but I'm hoping to see 15, something (I'm 16,2 on my scales) at the weekend. Literally can not remember the last time I saw that.

I have done a bit of yoga and loved it as well. Hmmm...maybe I should look for classes.

Nelli 2lb is a really good loss - wow to being 56lb down :D

I've been for weigh in and lost 3.5lbs which takes me to 14lb gone - yep that's a stone gone for good :D

Got a temptation here tonight in that it's my sons birthday tea but I'm determined not to touch!
 
Well done all of you - I am proud to be your teammate!!

I've had a good day today, after speaking with my CDC last night I realised I have been doing something very similar to the 810 plan for about 80% of last week (the rest of the time I was SS 100%), and that to make it easier I should consider myself to be on 810 not SS, as psychologically that way I won't feel I am being naughty when I have my protein!!

I'm quite chuffed really that I have been able to lose 8lbs on 810! My CDC said she lost 8lbs during two weeks on 1200 plan (as she was working up towards maintenance a few weeks ago after doing SS to get rid of the weight she gained during pregnancy)... that has filled me with optimism for the future- it's made me think that I may as well do each step if I will continue to lose, rather than switching to another diet.

So, looks like I'm doing this properly this time! SS, 810, then moving up the plans once I get to BMI25 so that I can learn to maintain without being "on a diet" forever more! Here goes....

Gosh it's quiet on here! How's everyone today? I've been really good today after seeing this morning that the scales haven't moved since Monday. Am going to lay off the little low-carb meal and revert to SS for the rest of this week!

I am sorry I have not been around much lately. Life has been extremely busy this end though.

1. I passed driving test.
2. My weigh this week was -6
3. my exams at uni are finally over
4. I finish uni tomorrow till 12th Jan:)

go us for winning last week. Proud of you all. Keep up the good work everyone. I am back now though:D
 
Morning ladies! Sorry I've been absent. I got a new shipment of lovely shiny things and had to get them on my website asap. I've been working til 10pm every night!

Anyway they are mostly up now so I can relax...except for the 6 parcels I've got to send today!

Hypa - Congratulations!!!! So glad you passed. Go you! And the exams - you'll need this holiday!
WannaB - Sometimes the scales just stick, as I well know. My motto is 'just keep going!' If you do, you'll get there...and you're within spitting distance now!

Katie you are doing great - the other stones will soon drop off too.

Wannabeslim - it's weird but I have sticky scales too (again). The day after my 2nd December weight in (4 off) I weighed myself and had lost another 2lb. This weeks official on Tuesday showed the same 2 gone, but my own scales haven't moved since then - so I am the same weight on them now as I was NINE days ago. I keep saying I am going to stop the sneaky scale hopping - and maybe now I will.

Claire - what are the lovely shiny things you mention?
