I'm sorry Claire but I think it may be time to throw the towel in with Team 4.......You are probably best to try and join another team as you (and I) are not really getting any team support, as the team just seems to consist of you and I!
It doesn't seem like there are any people who want to join a team. I'll try again today to see if anyone wants to join a team!

ELAY maybe hold fire on folding the team until the new year. There aren't many people starting a diet at this time of year so there isn't many people looking to join a team at the moment.
Stick with it hun I know you can do it, just give it time.
