Make some jelly with 100ml boiling water and supercook gelatin, then once dissolved add 400ml cold water, tsp water flavouring (i use summer berries) and food colouring... I put into 3 ramekins but u can make one big one. Put in the fridge until set (I do mine the night before). Then once set. Whizz up a chocolate tetra and a scoop of mix a mousse, whizz up for about 60 seconds and pour ontop of jelly and wait till they are set... flipping lovely!!!
