all of you are doing so well

I added it up there as I updated the list and as a group we've already lost 77.8lbs altogether!!! That's what we have off already and not everyone has even weighed in yet, how fantastic is that!

good morning ....can some one update me on the list with 6 green numbers and 44lbs to go..... I am 21st 2lbs this morning I lost 6lbs this week YAY!!!!!!! x

Sorry I've not been around. I've been at the hosp for 2 days as my son had to have emergency surgery to remove half a sewing needle from deep in his heel it's been awful. My diet has gone out the window for this week.

Thanks xx he's ok now. He's home with stitches and crutches. He's not very good at hospitals, he gets very anxious
And I was on my own when he was put under general anaesthetic and it was horrible soooo needed a hug!!
Thank god he's ok, was so worrying xx
