Went to a friends birthday this evening and they had a bbq. The whole place was full of cake too and I'm proud to say I ate absolutely nothing!! Came home instead and made a slimming world almond and orange drizzle cake which is only 3.5 syns a slice (translated for non SWers...very good for cake!) and enjoyed it that much more knowing how good I was at the party (didn't drink either!)

You know you're proud of yourself when you're on here posting about cake at 2.30 in the morning!

I'll put up a 50 lb target for Christmas - which would be the best present.

Do I add myself and repost or is someone managing the list?

I did something similar at work with a walking challenge and ended up walking up Mount Snowdon. These groups do work - so I'm so happy to find one like this.

So I was relatively sensible at the hotel breakfast this morning - had beans, scrambled eggs and mushroom with coffee and water. Been for a brisk walk around covent garden area to try and burn some of it off before we head to the wedding. Will be trying my best to be good at wedding but just heard its a free bar so can't make any promises.....!!! Only went 400 calories of my 1200 daily limit yesterday even with 3 glasses of wine, so hoping I can do similar today... Happy Sunday folks! :)
