I have wi tomorrow!! So nervous
 
Still feel pants :( slept through WI so will probably try for that tomorrow lol
 
Hope everyone gets better soon. Yes once the binge has happened it's happened you can't change it. Pick yourself up and move forward. Make it a one day treat not a week of well iv blown it now. We've all done it before me on numerous occasions. So you can right the wrongs by cutting back a little each day and that will minimise whatever the impact maybe. Xx

well according to my bathroom scales i've lost between 2-7 lbs. I tried them all over the bathroom and the results were so heywire. Think i'm going to get a definate figure from the wii tonight.....watch this space............
 
My scales are mental, so ive no idea what ive lost...
