everyone is doing so well :)

i on the other hand did terribly last week so i am losing what i already lost the week before :/ but im losing again so hopefully i will have a proper update next week :) x

Thank you Toxic. So good that your nack on track.Diet is a lifestyle choice and it has to fit in with our lives. It's good to have treats and not only that it keeps us sane. :)

And everyone here is so supportive so it can only help you :) 22lbs is great! Try to remember how it feels to see losses and recapture the feeling. It's much better than food xx

I was so down about putting on weight when i had such a good week that had takeaway and binge ate yesterday....back on it today tho
