Morning all :)

Today I lost 5 1/2lb at WW weigh in.
That takes me over my 50lb goal set and I'm grinning like a looney tune on the train :)

So I have another 29 1/2lb to loose any ideas how to do this. Not the weight but the total board as this really helps me focus.

Thanks very much appreciated girls/lads.

Hubby comes home tonight/early hours so I've lost another stone since he last saw me too. Got quite a few silver 7s now :)

We go away on 25 August and come home 23 September. Off to kassiopi on Corfu. We go every year but last year I hated it due to all my weight gain couldn't/wouldn't do anything I used to do. But this year can't wait to go swimming/bike riding/horse riding and even want to try to jog again or failing that will walk the route I used to run everyday.

Mostly WW but I do lots and lots of exercise now. Walk miles everyday at least 5. Do a DvD for 40mins. Do weights for 20min and go for a ride on my bike. That doesn't include gardening, walking the dog those are extras! :)

Well done Jaxkar, a fantastic achievement. You must be so proud of yourself. You are an inspiration with the exercise. You pack a lot in there.
And well done to everyone else on there losses.
Unfortunatlely I stayed the same which probably means I put on a lot during my weekend away and I was only losing that this week, but either way at least I didn't gain as I would have been so disappointed.
Back on track for the next week and have a list made out for my hopping tonight, very healthy!
Anyway no needs for an update for me but there will be next week if it kills me :rolleyes:

That's quite some list!! I'm lucky if I have the energy to get my bed made after a day at work lol.

1/2 off for me this week bringing my total to 24 (and closer to the half way mark). Pleased with this as unable to exercise at all this week (c25k)
