W3 275 to 270 W4 270 to 273 W5 No WI W6 268 to 269
I was wondering what I did wrong - That's great to lose that much.......I think we should be posting a 4lb loss for you this week then (from 273 to 269)? Is that ok with you?
Does anyone else keep a record (on excel or otherwise) of their losses? I set up a spreadsheet and grey in the losses each week with a red line showing the reductions - it's a great motivator....if you need an idea.
Hi team - hope you are enjoying your Saturday .... it's lovely and sunny here (for a change!).
I'm very pleased to report another 2lbs gone, so I'm 40 today! (weight loss wise at least lol). My next mini-goal (and I've had loads) of 10.10 by 10/10 is getting closer (so exciting!). Got measured today too and have lost 4.5"/10.5"/7" off bust/waist/hips - yee haw!
Where is Madonnabodydouble - I hope she's OK.....she's been doing so well, I hope she hasn't left us.......

Well done again on your loss Minz, thats brilliant! I think I'll be doing SS tomorrow, the only carbs I've had (additionaly) today is a small bowl of sugar puffs. I've had a few slices of meat too, so hopefully tomorrow I will have cracked it!
