No more results - is our team coming to a standstill without Minz? Perhaps I should go and join another one!

Angela the team has always been much quieter than all the others. Anyhow I have just been weighed this morning and am 16st 13lbs. Really happy. That's a loss of 7lbs.

I won't be weighed again till the 5th of Jan as am going home this morning. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas

Hey guys - just popping by to say I hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you all the best for 2009 - the year you will achieve your goals and dreams!

Angela - please keep at it with the team and if you lose a member (through no posts or MIA) just recruit for a new one. It can be a challenge in itself keeping the team going, but it's worth it.

Where has our team gone? I dont weigh in til tomorrow. I did post my results last week. I hope everyone comes back, even if we've gained over crimbo. That'll jus mean we'll have great losses next week.

I have been doing alright. No scales at my parents house so don't know how much I have lost. I don't see my CDC till the 5th so when I get weighed I will let everyone know. I have stuck to SS+ since the 24th so hoping for a 4lb loss or more for when I get weighed.

I hope everyone is well. Team 7 is almost dead as the members rarely post. I am part of a few challenges so that keeps me going morale wise.

im back after xmas and have lost 2lbs which im really pleased with since ive STUFFED myself and drank like a fish!!!!
(ang new weigh in day is a monday now since ive restarted this morning!)
