    Hello hello!

    So here is a challenge to get us one step closer to a Skinny Summer (certainly my first skinny summer since I was about 10 years of age, ha ha!)

    I'm running this to coincide with Lent, so if you want to maybe give something up (or indeed take up something new) that you feel might spur on your weight loss, go for it! Target date will be Easter Sunday, March 31st, so that gives us 6.5 weeks.

    Loving the taking up yoga idea! I used to love yoga and should get back into it again really. For lent I am giving up sweet treats and as an asside I have started the 30 day shred 2 days ago too so will aim to keep it going through lent to try and get fit again. Not exercised in 6 months due to a bad foot and I have put on the weight I had lost and I feel so unfit! I used to go to the gym about 4 - 5 times a week and loved it! Here is to getting back to what I was with the help of you lovely folk :D

    Hi guys I will be a late joiner to the challenge starting on 25th Feb so will come up with a more specific goal then but perhaps I can also be late to lent and give up Chocolate as I have been going a bit crazy for it since I reached target.

    I want to lose 1.5 stone by Easter Sunday!!
    I will be giving up bread, chocolate and making sure I have breakfast!!
    And also giving up my spare nights doing nothing and going to the gym instead :)

    HI, I'd like to join you! I have just started JUDDD this week after a year on SW. I'm not sure what to expect in terms of weight loss, so I will hope for a pound a week, I have 7 weigh ins.

    It's quite hard to add people for some reason! If you're on your computer, have a look over to the left and under my Minimins username, profile pic etc there should be the blue MFP symbol. If you click on that it'll bring you through to my MFP profile and you can add me!

    Hi Everyone - My lent chocolate challenge is going well so far :) - resisting all sorts of temptation on that front but unfortunately have turned my attention to cream teas and biscuits. I am hoping to steer clear of chocolate bars on holiday but won't be strict on chocolate puddings if they are put in front of me!

    great to see such a crowd - hope to see the weight losses rolling in soon.
