Ten Years Thinner

Has anyone done this? I read the book at the weekend and it makes a lot of sense (but then, most of them do!!). It's got it's own forum and the feedback on there is really positive. I'm doing Cambridge at the moment, but miss the colours, smells and textures of real food and am also worried about vitamins and minerals - my skin is much drier and the constipation isn't pleasant!

I'd be really interested to hear of anyone, particularly the over-50s, who has tried this.
