Well it was a disaster :-( But I had a nice time ;-) I would of been ok had I not started on the cake batter while baking at home. Which then made me lose any resolve. I have a sluggish feeling today and a sugar hangover maybe one day I will learn to not do what makes me feel bad.

BUT I am just hopping back on the plan today and drawing that line .

Sorry to hear things didnt go to plan, I must admit I'd be the same with the cake mix ! I sometimes think that sugar hangover is much worse than an alcohol hangover.........anyway your line is drawn now, which is great :) Your days food sounds really good :)

Well as expected a 1.5 pound gain BUT everyone who weighed in last week gained weight this week. It was a substitute consultant and we think her scales were playing up. So as last week i expected a sts and got 3 pounds i have lost 1.5 over the 2 weeks which I am happy with. I have to be super good now as next week I will be weighing in at an evening class so will automatically be heavier :-(

Hey - your menus look good. The last couple of weeks average really good and even better if the scales of the sub consulstant were not right :) Well done! With weighing in the evening, I wouldnt even think about it as an official result if you normally weigh in during the day. I know I can weigh about 5lbs more in the evening!

Proper combining of foods.

Hello. Welcome. One of the basic food principles is how to eat what you love. Never combine fruits and juices with anything else. Eat fruit and drink juices by themselves...on an empty stomach. Never eat meat with carbohydrates. Combine meat with veggie and carbohydrates with veggie. Eat what you like but eat it this way. Dr. M.

Hello, I hope your 10 mile race went well ! Was your melon and yog enough to get you through your race ? Let me know how the cheesecake goes, it sounds fab :)
 
Race was ok(very tough hills) but you noticed the big fault there melon and yogurt was not enough. I fully intended to have a bigger breakfast but was not feeling great this morning as had a very bad night's sleep.

I am now STARVING and achy and have a huge portion of syn free chips in the oven :)
 
Oh syn free chips are soooo good :) At least your race is done - well done, what a great dose of body magic eh !!!! Hope you have a better nights sleep.
 
Well today's diary is

A DAY OFF PLAN

We are off out soon to celebrate our anniversary and i am having a planned off plan day which hopefully will include a cream tea :) And some chocolate :)

Tomorrow it will be back to plan ready for our hols in 5 weeks. I would like to lose 4.5 pounds.
