I think that sticking to your original plan of an ID is a good idea, as you say, you don't want to put yourself in a position of possible sabotage...I'm sure it would be so easy to do

I can see where your coming from regarding an ID.... you have it sorted in your head what OK for an UD, and what's OK for a DD.... the ID is that funny inbewteen (I'm doing my 1st ID on Weds)


Your plan so far looks tasty...
Remember, you can eat plenty that's really low in cals..... just takes a bit of thought, and yes, avoiding your triggers is key to managing an ID I'm sure... good luck,
 
Thank you both I am so determined at the moment but easy to be really really good only half the time. :)

Debridger I am usually great at making healthy meals and my freezer is full of home made SW friendly ready meals but I don't know the calorie count of any of them and they have all been made ages so would struggle to remember to even work out the cals and i have NO KITCHEN to make everything from scratch which is what is making it harder to do the intermediate day . I know what things i can make with my soupmaker and micro for d days but think i may have to resort to a ready meal tonight.
 
Had the most delicous ready meal from asda it was in a plastic bag and had lots of veggies in it and was a thai red curry, it was about 400 calories but so tasty and quite filling although I am a bottomless pit today so it didnt fill me.

I am at 995 for my ID and i am so looking forward to my Up day tomorrow :)
 
Enjoy your up day, seems like you're doing well going back to alternates rather than 5-5. x

Down day today and all i have had so far is

soup 135 cals
satsumas 65 cals

so 300 left for dinner
think it is going to be actify roast parsnips and potatoes
veg
carrots and swede
gravy
mint sauce
 
Mmm ur tea sounds delicious!

My DD today too, so far I've had an Options hot chocolate, a cup of coffee and a sweet (I'm guessing the sweet was about 50 cals?) going to have a cup of coffee in a minute with my belvita biscuits :)
 
My dinner was delicous ended up with no potatoes as there were not enough left so just had parsnips and veg gravy and mint sauce YUM YUM

Have enough calories left fo a light choc mousse and still only 419 :)

Good luck! I was 10st 1lb last night and 9st 12.2 this morning, so goes to show how crazy our weight can fluctuate!
Have a good DD tomorrow, im on a DD too, looking forward to it :)
