Total Solution Tesco ultra slim shakes

Hi, I've seen the thread started by starlight telling us which other diet bars we can have but I was wondering about shakes?

Can we substitute exante shakes with the tesco ultra slim or asda measure up shakes?

Please nobody tell me to just stick to exante products as that isn't what I'm asking - just if the carbs and vitamins etc are the same?

Hi I posted this query a month ago and starlight said big no no cos too much sugar .....still in my fridge and to be honest will probably use them one day when need a made up shake or just cos I have run out .... Gotta be better than a sandwich ...,,

Yeah I bought some tesco shakes as so much cheaper, but they're not the same too much sugar and could bring you out of ketosis... didnt want to risk it so they're still in my cupboard!

the tesco and asda shakes are closer to slim fast, there not designed for ketogenic diets, there designed as the 2 shakes and a healthy meal variety

i did the same - got blinded by the cost i think but am now sticking to exante only!
