Dinner - Jacket potato with tuna/mayo lettuce, tomato, cucumber

Tea -Leftover kofte meatballs with rice and mexican wedges

Drinks - Ribena NAS, pepsi max

Snacks - Boiled Egg

Syns - Mayo (4) Wedges (3) total 7

I hope so hun.

I rang my GP today to ask for some more painkillers for my back. I told her the dosage the hospital had put me on, she said its a very low dose and has told me I can increase it. Ive been taking 1 three times a day, shes told me to up them to 2 three times a day, and if im still in pain I can up them to 3 three times a day.

Im gonna be as high as a kite pmsl
