Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

Sounds like a lush brekkie to me! There seems to be a few people having rice pudding at the moment...how do you make yours? Xx

Last night I made it in a pan on the hob, poured some into a pan, added cold water then boiled just as you would savoury rice, then as the water was soaking in I added sweetener and some vanilla essence. Once all soaked up I transferred to a bowl and added some of my A choice milk then popped it in the oven to brown the top. It sets with a nice skin on and then I have the rest tonight with some milk poured over it nom nom x
