Me too, I can't wait to see Thursday at 4pm. I know we shouldn't wish our lives away but I am this week.

Boo to the non scale movement but stop scale hopping it makes is scale crazy!

HEXB - Fruit n Fibre

Brekkie - Fruit n Fibre with a banana

Lunch - Leftover Filipino pork adobo with 2 x NUME sausages


Tea - Kiev with sweet potato chips, greens, baby sweetcorns, buttersnap peas, green beans

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max, Ribena NAS

Snacks - Pineapple, Melon

Syns - Sausages (2) Sugar (1) Kiev (12) Total 15

Damned scales. Mine have moved slightly, no doubt they will jump up again. Rargh scales. Roll on Wednesday I'm having me more cake!

Cake won't make them work properly lol. I could eat anything sweet tonight, and I mean anything! In bed now so I don't! I got a chocolate biscuit out of the cupboard earlier and put it back!!! Lol xx

I chop it up and keep it in the fridge hun - but before that I just have it on the breakfast bar. They just keep them on the shelves in the shops so I reckon theyre ok for a few days or so before you cut them

a pineapple is ripe when you can pluck out one of it's middle spiky green prongs easily. Then i usually chuck it in the fridge. I don't like room temperature pineapple.
