Its easy enough to make and takes 6mins in the microwave and works out 12syns for the whole cake x

Brekkie - Fruit n Fibre

Lunch - Jacket Pot with Salad and cheese

Tea - This <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=80828"/> Pork Steaks/BBQ sauce with Mushrooms and veg followed by this <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=80829"/> Curly Wurly scan bran cake and strawberries

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Hard boiled egg and a Nardocott ( you may ask what this is lol) it looks like a Tangerine but its a cross breed of different citrus fruits and is very sweet

Syns - BBQ Sauce (1) Sugar (1) Cheese (4) Scan bran cake (1) Doritos (7.5) Total (14.5)

Thanks chick. I got them in Asda but Sainsburys have them too. In Asda they look like this they were £2 you get about 12 I think

Just googled them and apparently they are Mandarin or of the mandarin family. They are seedless too

I will have to look back in my diary and see what i did 2 and 4 weeks ago when I lost 3.5 lol

good job you had a diary to look back on My change this week has been 13 syns a day avg and trying to use my healthy extras in all my meals so I'm repeating that this week. Higher syns seem to equate higher losses for me (about 13 it seems!)
