Yeah ill make up for what she cant have lol - My thoughts exactly hehe Ive already started cos ive known since beginning of Jan but she didnt want me to say anything until she saw the midwife today Got a lovely cot blanket and bought some little scratch mitts lol

Tea - Pork Chop boiled rice with sweet n sour sauce, cucumber , cherry toms, coleslaw and pease pudd

Drinks - Pepsi max, Apple n blackcurrant NAS

Snacks - WW syn free yogurt, melon

Syns - SB cake (1.5) Sweet n sour sauce (3) Daim Bar (7.5)options (1.5) Total 13.5

Thanks Kay - yes it is. It tastes nothing like the real I am but its tasty and filling. I shred red and white cabbage, grate carrots and sliced red onion. Mix it all together and add Total yogurt and a little sweetener. You could add mustard powder or radishes if you fancy a little extra and its all free x
