Monday 5th EE.
Yippee I lost 1 1/2lb tonight I am so pleased. I got my stone award too!
Breakfast was a hard boiled egg roll
lunch was cottage cheese cherry toms carrot sticks cue sticks and 5 scan bran
tea was turkey pasta bake which was lovely

I have decided to stay on extra easy and see how it goes for a few weeks
very happy today though
 
Tues 6th Oct

Good day..Still positive after yesterdays loss.
Breakfast was porridge mixed with yogurt left overnight on top of mixed berries..mmmmm had to syn the porridge as I forgot I was using my 1 heb on 5 scan bran for lunch..Was 6 syns
mid morning was 1 banana
lunch 5 scan bran, cherry toms, cue & carrot sticks and cottage cheese

had 2 litres water and about 5 coffees

tea was chicken and pasta bake with a huge salad...

We bought some chips for the kids from the chip shop...they smelt absolutely beautiful, but I resisted picking one or two. even when I had to sit in the car and hold the bag while the little one went into another shop with her Dad! How good was I?

i was very pleased with myself! hahahahahaha

Still aim to stay positive this week...I have nothing planned to stop me from staying on track.

Another good day..I have been in a very positive mood for about a week now and thats very good..

Breakfast was a boiled egg roll (6)
mid morning 1 plum
a few coffees.
lunch was cottage cheese, 5 scan brans, carrot & cue stick and cherry toms
mid afternoon 1 banana
2 litres of water throughout the day
tea was potato pizza mmmmmmmm very very nice
with a huge big salad
maybe 2 gins later (7)

breakfast ham and egg sarnie (6)
lunch was homemade veggy soup and 5 scan bran
mid morning was 2 plums
mid afternoon a banana
tea spicy pork with roasted courgette and pepper with rice and corn on the cob
tiramisu for pudding (4)
5 coffees and 2 litres of water

still on track for another weight loss Monday (I hope!)

I have to buy a lovely skirt (which I never wear) and top for Christmas
oh and new shoes to go with it too of course! Lol
 
Friday 9th Oct

Blooming freezing today! brrrrrrrrrr
Got the gloves out am wearing them in the office too!

Breakfast was a ham and egg sarnie (heb)
Mid morning I had a plum and banana
Lunch was rice with mushrooms, sweetcorn, courgette and peppers..mmm very nice too
I have had nearly 2 litres of water and 3 coffees

I shall have the other plum and a yogurt later on this afteroon

No syns usage to report as yet

tea will be spicy chicken and some sort of vegetation....
I may make a scrummy dessert - low in syns of course!! hehe

Update the rest later.

I actually didn't have spicy chicken.
My OH made a beautiful dinner of chicken breast filled with very low fat philly cheese, wrapped in parma ham and roasted with cauliflower and sprouts..mmmmmmmmmm yum yum yum!!

didn't make a pudding after, I didn't have an inspiration! haha
There was a little apple crumble in the fridge, so we halved that and had it with a b it of vlf custard about 5 syns i reckon

Saturday 10th EE

Day off today, going to town centre with daughter...
breakfast was a ham and egg sarnie (HEB)
nothing to drink though as we went straight out

had a coffee in John Lewis yum

Came home and had a jacket potato, beans and cheese (6)
Had 3 digestive biccy!!! oh no!!! (11)

having fish pie I think for tea...Might change we'll see

No, I didnt have fish I had turkey curry and rice instead, courtesy of my husband...It was stunning
and syn free...I had 2 poppadoms about 7 syns

Sunday 11th Oct

breakfast was bacon, scrambles eggs and beans
Lunch was roast beef dinner - no yorkshires though. potato, carrots, brocolli, cauli, sprouts mmmm yummy
Pudding was a mango and custard frozen dessert which was 3 1/2 syns

Tea/snack was 3 rice cakes and Jarlsberg cheese
I also had 2 gins! I am yet to calculate the syns, but I had enough to cover these, I start again tomorrow.

Weigh in Monday evening...I feel i've done ok this week..No major slip ups....
 
Monday 12th Oct

Breakfast was 2 slices toast
mid morning I had 2 plums
lunch as a salad, lettuce, tomato, cue, spring onion, pepper, kabano (28g 3 syns)
Mid afternon was a banana
Tea was bubble and squeak cakes, spicy baked beans and fried eggs
pudding was mango, pineapple, blueberries and melon with a bit of low fat custard

Lost 1/2 this week...which is cool...Better off than on!!
Better loss next week maybe..
I would still be happy with another 1/2....
To be honest I would be happy with that every week
 
Tuesday 13th

Another good day..I am feeling very positive still...I am looking forward to planning the next menu and Christmas day food....
I am also looking forward to buying a new outfit in my new size for Christmas.....

Breakfast was bacon, egg and mushrooms all free
mid morning 1 apple
lunch was 5 scan bran (heb) cottage cheese, carrot and cue sticks and cherry tomatoes
mid afternoon melon, blueberries and muller light

having thai pork curry and noodles all free

Another day another diet!! hahaha
No sticking to SW...and EE days in particular, although some turn out to be green days, just by the lack of meat.....But hey ho!!

Today breakfast was 2 slices toast (heb)
mid morning I had a banana and plum
Lunch was 5 scan bran (2.5) carrot & cue sticks and cherry toms with cottage cheese..
I have pineapple, melon, blueberries and yogurt for later on in the afternoon.
for tea my wonderful hubby is making us chicken stuffed with VLf cream cheese and wrapped in parma ham.
I will be making the pudding which will be a bannoffee type pudding which will be very low in syns. mmmmm

I have just found the syn value for scan bran after eating it for all this time...It's actually printed on the front of the pack!! DOH 1/2 syn each,,,blooming brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nothing mid morning was very busy in work

carrot & cue sticks and cherry toms the same all week....I love them...
I may change next week, but we'll see..

Will add more later, looking forward to tea...I think its gonna be scrummy...A bit of an experiment, so will say what it was like after! lol

Oh my word!!! the sweet pot thing was stunning..I will post the recipe on here later if I remember....

Made the chocoalte cake (adaptation of Delia squidgy chocolate log) I have made the full fat version a few years ago,,,that was nice..But alas this was not the same one...I have to doctor the recipe a bit for our tastes....Maybe more sweetener and less chocolate....I made a victoria sandwich with it and the filling was ff and blueberries....
I think we'll have the rest tonight with low fat custard...

banana for breakfast as I was a wee bit late!!
Lunch was a rice concoction I made last night, rice, chicken, green beans, onion, courgette, celery, green pepper and chinese 5 spice powder...Wasn't bad actually
had a bit of cottage cheese too that was in the fridge..
Throughout the day I have been eating 5 scan brans (HEB)
I also have, for later on in the afternoon some pineapple, blueberries and melon and a vanilla muller...
Have had a litre of water and 1 coffee so far, soon to have another..

I had bacon, egg and mushrooms when I got in from work, was starving!! Oh not home til 10.30 and we are having a curry then..

I was naughty and had a mini spring roll that my daughter boght from the chines takeaway! very bad!! have to see if I can get the syn value for that!! I have forgotten the password so I shall add 7 syns!
Went to the pub with dauhter and OH when he got in earlier than planned (result!) haha
I had 3 gins and slimline tonic which was 10.5 syns...
I made a pork mince curry with tinned toms and spices and fromage frais added at the end..Served with rice and green beans was lush...All syn free I hasten to add! and very yummy..
I have to get rid of the chilli powder in my cupboard though....It is extra hot and I keep forgetting as it's in a little spice jar (no label to remind me!) and I always put in too much..I though the cury was going to be inedible until I put in the fromage frais!! hahahahahaha...It was nice after that....I have to buy normal strength chilli powder and use that in future!

Thanks for that..Only when you mentioned it I actually thought about it..I have lost a third of my overall goal....I like looking at it that way....

You are doing really well too..well done you are over half way! I've had a quick look online at your diet..My friend did something similar and she found it to be really good...I really enjoy Slimming World, there is so much choice there especially with a family it means they can eat the same foods....

Saturday 17th Oct

Lie in!! Bliss.......Up at 9.30am no time for breakfast, have to go and pick up step children...
Went for breakfast after that...
Had bacon, sausage (5 ouch), beans, mushrooms, egg, toast (HEB) and coffee...
Back home now. OH 2-10 today :0(
Kids with grandparents going to football and watching XFactor then coming home....They like spending time with their grandparents!!

Not sure what is lunch today...It is 2pm and I am not hungry after the breakfast, will see what I can have later
I've had 2 coffees and I have a litre of low sugar squash by the side of me to over the next hour or so...
I find I don't drink as much over the weekend as I do in work...
So I have to really try to remember to make drinks....

Sunday 18th

ok day today, a bit upset though as I weighed this morning it's showing I've put on 3lb! Since yesterday! How can that happen? Well will see what happens at weigh in tomorrow! I'll be gutted if it's true though!

Breakfast was 2 slices toast (heb)
lunch was lamb, mash, dry roasted parsnips,carrots and pots, peas and cabbage
pudding was juicy fruit crumble (5) and low fat custard (3)

had 2 litres of water and 4 coffees

having some cheese and crackers now as I haven't used all my syns and I'm unhappy!
Will let you know what happens tomorrow
 
Monday 19th

Monday again! Back to work!!

Breakfast was 2 slices of toast
lunch was a lovely home made vegetable soup
Mid morning was a banana
mid afternoon I had mixed berries and vanilla muller
tea was sw fried egg, beans and bacon with 2 slices of lush Waitrose bread (4) (naughty!)
juice fruit crumble and very low fat custard (8)
I've had 1 litre of water and 4 coffees

It as weigh in day and I thought i'd put on 3lb...Thankfully I only put on 1/2lb...I am pleased with that..

I've got my supply of scan bran for the week....I am going to have 5 a day and see if that makes a difference....During the week I have no problems with my stomach, come the weekend when I don't have the scan bran I feel myself get bloated and can't go to the loo as easily.

We'll see if this makes a difference on weigh in next Monday

We are having home made beef burgers with salad and sweet potato wedges for tea...All free again

Will have to find a nice dessert to have

Well to add to this, we didn;t have burgers at all!! hehe

My OH and daughter met me from work and a new shopping centre opened in my town centre so we went to have a look at that...Beautiful I must add...
So by the time we finished looking around it was gone 7pm!!
So we all decided to go to the pub for food!!aghh
I was determined to be good...I had 1 syn all day, so figured I had a bit of leeway.
I had gammon, jacket potato and peas..all free cool.
I also had 2 gins which was 5 syns..
Hot choc before bed 2 syns
So all in all a good day

I am pleased with the food choices, and pleased that the local now does jackets instead of chips with everything!!

Breakfast was 2 slices toast from 400g loaf heb
mid morning I had 2 scan bran (1)
lunch was a salad with cottage cheese all free
mid afternoon I had a banana and some pineapple and melon
about 4 coffees (Milk hea)
1 litre of water
tea was a lus curry made with extra lean minced beef and cauli and brocolli and rice

I did have a can of bow!! (13) oh!!!!!!

Not that bad really..
I have to stick to it 100% Saturday and Sunday if I want to see a loss this week!!!!
I feel like I have lost weight, but that doesn't really mean anything!!
