    I had to fight with myself to make me go to work today! Thank goodness we have a nice long weekend!!

    B: Skinny sf vanilla latte, 1 slice bread HE B, peanut butter 2 syns
    MM: banana, peach

    L: Grilled salmon salad

    D: Syn free pork grills, sweet potato wedges HE B, steamed broccoli

    S: fruit, mullerlight, roast chicken slices
    E: 30 mins run, 15 mins walk
    W: 3 litres
