Hello all,

I have had cereal for breakfast and a salad for lunch, as The Bloke is "making up for being an a***hole this week" by taking me out to the Thai place for dinner. [his words not mine, I said much worse :p]

What would be the best thing to have calorie wise? I'm guessing not a beautiful green curry with sticky rice... boo.

I have about 1100 calories assigned for this meal.
 
At a guess I'd say maybe some sort of fish dish (if you like fish) or pork....and if you are having dessert they usually have fresh fruit choices :)

Just use your common sense when choosing and ENJOY!
