Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

Ah think I just needed my evening meal, had a spag with veg and salad and feel much better. Going to shred soon and then should I have another pack or just leave it? X
 
Yay! Shred done :) I'm rewarding myself with an extra pack as someone had mentioned muscle wastage can be an issue and I don't want to work at building muscle but be completely wrecking it. So had a vanilla shake, was really nice! Although i'm stuffed now! Was feeling a bit sick and dizzy before it so hopefully will sort me out, very very bloated though, I hope it's not pmt.. Grrrr xx

Well done on the shred. I was so tempted to go to bed and not do my workout last night
but I've committed myself to doing it so I would have been so disappointed in myself if I
hadn't.....and y'know what, I felt amazing after it, tired but amazing!
C'mon we can do this!!
 
We so can!! I was sick this morning which was weird, well I wasn't sick as much as there didn't seem to be Anything in my stomach to come up! But I did a hell of a lot of retching :( wonder what that's about?!

Going to tAke the sproglets for a swim today, no shred as its just week 2 so I thought I'd do 1 day on 1 day off.

DAY 10 (can't believe it's here already! Nearly half way through!!)

11:30am 2 boiled eggs, 2 cups of green tea with mint
12pm 500mls water
1pm green tea with mint
1:30pm 500mls water
2pm thai soup
3pm 500mls water
3pm swimming with the kids (2mile walk + try and get in as many lengths as poss with them there!)
5:30 cup of tea and choc truffa bar + 500mls water
6:30 green tea with mint
7pm vanilla shake
9pm stir fry 200g veg with a little soy
9:30 500mls water
10:20 500mls water
11:15 green tea with mint in bed :)

Aw hope you've not got a bug or something. Maybe it's just your body detoxing itself of all those nasty
refined carbs. That'd be a (sort of) good way of looking at it! Hope you're feeling better after getting rid hun x

I did a warm up short walk then upper body workout with weights, then some lunges and squats (owww!)
then a variety of stomach exercises and then a nice stretching session so I'm hardly sore at all!

Have started doing a yoga dvd a few times a week too. Was so rubbish and tight-muscled the first session or two that
I actually started crying with despair!!! Saddo!
But the third session I was much steadier and the fourth was bordering on do-able!
I'm actually really looking forward to the next session tomorrow night as it's very calming and gets you in
touch with your body again. Really recommend it if it's your cup of tea, though I suppose when you have kiddies
scampering about it's not that easy to get some me-time to chill!
 
I have a yogalates dvd around here somewhere I keep meaning to do!! I really need to get my flexibility back! I used to be so flexible but its a bit rubbish now, at the end of the shred I can't even stand on 1 leg its ridiculous haha! Might do it tonight actually, you've inspired me.

I love weights! who knew! bf just got some dropped off and I'm loving messing around with them. I've started doing some crunches in the mornings now just so I know I've at least done something that day if I can't be bothered to fit anything else in, seems to be going well, my abs are a bit sore everyday so thats good (i think!) ha.

ha!! I had a look back totally wasn't you! sorry!! Hows your day going? I slipped up a little and had half a linda mccartney red onion and rosemary sausage, really low cals, and made from soya protein so I THINK it should be ok. Annoyed at myself now, as I was being so good this week. Oh and a little bit of a gouda slice, I haven't had any milk in 3 days so thought might be ok, still well within carbs for day cals. So I hope won't knock me out of keto. eeeek! silly me. xx
 
Just draw a line under it hun, we're all only human and given to temptation.
It's gonna be worth avoiding any little "extras" like that, even if they're only teeny weeny things
as that's what starts you on the slippery slope again!
Just distract yourself next time you feel like picking....paint your nails or open your wardrobe
and pick out a few gorgeous things you can't wait to fit back into!

I'm going grand thanks, think I'll brew up a spicy spaghetti before the longish commute home from work.
Not doing so well on the water today as it's so flippin' cold and showery out.
I try and have at least 3 x 500ml bottles down me then the rest when I get home and then take a
bottle to bed so I can get started on it as soon as I wake up!

Can not wait for tomorrow....second weigh-in...wish me luck! Hopefully be out of the 160's and
entering the 150's. I'm only 5'3" so at the moment my BMI is 28.7 and dangerously close to obese :cry:
When I get to goal :)innocent0001:) I'll be at the top end of the ideal weight bracket for my height and I
intend to stay there!!
 
Oooo good luck dear!! I just came from obese :( don't intend to go back either, I think my BMI is the same as yours, I only have 3 weeks to really make this work for me, just been swimming with the kids which didn't mean much swimming but playing about in the water for an hour should count for something! Xx
 
It definitely should! I'm sure looking after the little'uns in the pool involves a full
body workout!!

Annoyingly I did a sneaky WI at the pool, I haven't lost anything. Grr! I think I'm one of the ones that stays the same for days then drops all of a sudden rather than losing a little a day. Or rather I hope so or come Monday I'll be a very sad girl! Wooo BMI buddy! Love that! Xx

Ooo hope so!! Done something a bit different today. Didn't have any meal packs, just eggs for bfast, soup for lunch, bar after swimming, then shake tea time and had all my veg just now as a little stir fry, feel really content. Going to try mixing up my days a bit more to try and keep it fresh, bit sick of the hot packs as they all taste the same really and ive mainly been living off them.

Def good for me as i can get peckish in the evenings so a night time stir fry was lush! :)

Total cals : 718. Exercise cals : 418. Net : 300
Carbs : 36
 
I rarely have meals now, only when I'm feeling a bit poorly!

I love soup, porridge n shakes

Thanks love! Had a mini slip up earlier but nothing too bad and cals, carbs, sugar etc all still really good. Tomorrow I'll be 100%

I normally weigh Wednesday but.not bothering currently as I'm taking so many hormones, water retention ahoy!!

Getting on fine, another 8 weeks, may extend that to 12. See how I go :)
