Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

Ah there's loads of nice places here, at tynemouth where my mum lives is so so nice. Right on the coast. Further up in bamburgh is also lovely for a little coast holiday too.

I'd love to go, me and bf are planning lots of little mini breaks next year rather than a big holiday as Glastonbury is back on next year so that's instead of a proper hol. I'll suggest Ireland to him. Good idea :) x
 
DAY 13 :)

Going to the pictures with the kids this morn to see the lorax, going to be a hard day as also going out for friends leaving do and a wedding reception later so no food or drink for me :(

9am cup of tea
10am 500mls water
11am lemon, white choc truffa and a coffee (at the pics) + coke zero
2:15pm choc shake + 500mls water
3:45pm about 70g salmon sashimi + green tea with mint
4pm 500mls water
6:30pm coke zero
7:15pm spag Bol + 500mls water
10:45pm 200g veg with 60g squid + 500mls water

Gone over protein today as I picked at some prawns as well, but I figure it's better than eating badly or even another pack as my cals and carbs are still low. Feeling really dizzy today and quite sick actually :( think I need a really good sleep. Going to get up and go for a swim tomorrow :)

Hmm still feeling a bit queasy and dizzy. I think the low cals don't suit me very well, as I don't have much energy. Only a week to go til refeed though and just ordered my last box. I was much more full from the meals but ran out so mainly been shakes last week. I think 4 packs with 50g veg in each suits me better, so thats my plan next week. Going to swim as many days as I can too. Then start the shred again refeed week to try and counter any gains.

DAY 14 (woooooo)

10:15am cup of green tea with mint + 500mls water
11:30 am 2 boiled eggs + cup of green tea with mint
1pm cup of tea
2pm crispy choc shake (brownie)
2-3pm 1 litre water
4:30pm 500mls water
5:45pm spag bol added some chilli flakes + cup of tea
6:30pm cup of tea
7pm 500mls water
8:15pm strawberry shake + white tea
9:30pm some steamed broccoli, mushroom and leek (180g)
10-11:30pm 1 litre water

Exercise : 60 crunches, 20 press ups, some leg stuff, and some bicep curls with 12lb weights.

Why don't you add in an extra portion protein or pack hun if your feeling unwell. Go to 800 cals Xx
 
I'm think I will next week, I'm going to swim everyday and I go for it I do about 40 lengths without stopping and as fast as I can, so maybe then I should? X
 
Oo ps I'm not actually hungry, I don't feel like I want more food just very headachy, kind of feel like a migraine is coming but it's not appearing! Xx

I just tried to make the choc crispy shake into a brownie, was awful! Feels like a piece of lead in my tummy! Haha won't be doing that again! Looking forward to my delivery though, meals again :) yay!
 
Think you need to drink more water to compensate when you have the brownie Charl.
And when it's in the micro check every 5-10secs so it doesn't overcook. Mine were nice and bendy but I did eat them before they cooled down (greedy mare) :)

I had it with a cup of tea and then drank 500mls water, I def cooked it too long. Oh well! X
 
WI tomorrow and feeling very anxious! I'm all bunged up have been for like 4 days so I think it's not going to go very well for me on the scales (sorry bit much info!) going to walk my boys to football camp then walk to the pool which is a nice 1.5miles, and 1 back to the house plus a 30min swim. Will WI at the pool when I get there. So so nervous, so scared its all been for nothing. ESP will not going to the toilet for aggggges. Maybe if I have a little jog to the pool it'll move things along before WI! Haha.

Watching sex in the city. Again. It's a good bedtime movie, hopefully get a good sleep and get rid of some fat in my sleep!

Hmm do you have plenty of veggies?? Fibre supplement or oatbran?? I add the oatbran to porridge does help

I didn't realise you could have oat bran? What even is oat bran? Haha! I was fine last week but this week nothing's happening! (sorry again!)

I always have my veg, as I love veg so would miss it so much not having any.

You can get it at Holland and barret, think I might even have soybran currently. Very low in caps, its mostly fibre. Add a teaspoon its just fibre will help with the loo LOL or s&s do sell a fibre supplement

Yeah work full time and studying law. Hopefully graduate next year and do my masters :) LOL need extra hours in the day sometimes!!

Ah wow! That's brilliant! I'm starting 2nd year in sept, but have a long Old road as have to do my masters too, and hopefully one day phd. Eek! Xx
 
I would love to do phd too. Fit in having a kid at some point too LOL

All be worth the studying in the end :) what are you studying??
