Managed to fill my day super full, I always feel like I have energy now, it's making me think are people really supposed to just run on fat not carbs as usually I feel sluggish and bloated and tired, but now I'm doing things I usually put off and then look for more to do?! Walked 4.2 miles, sorted the kids out, gone swimming, been shopping twice, done some washing, made bf dinner, cleaned downstairs of the house and then my friend came over for a cuppa and just left and finally back in bed, and all of this with only sleeping 4 hours last night, it's nuts! And making me question ever eating carbs again! Hmmm. Lots to think about!
