Haha! I did it with a vanilla one and was like cake, well in as much as something could taste like cake after 3 weeks with none! Hah!

Oooo olympics closing party :) that's my night sorted. Really proud as my step sis was doing a lot of the choreography for it. Xx

9:30-12pm 3 cups of tea
12pm 2 boiled eggs
12:30 500mls water
1:30pm 500mls water
2:15pm mushroom soup
3pm 500mls water
3:45pm green tea with peppermint
6pm coke zero
6:30pm green tea with peppermint
7:30pm chilli w/ mushroom and cauli rice
8pm cup of tea
9-10 1 litre water. + green tea with peppermint.

I'm so anxious about it! I hope I've lost! I've been measuring inches and that's been a crap result which is annoying, I read on here somewhere someone just lost 2lbs on their refeed too so I hope that happens to me too!! Ha!!

Off next Tuesday! Getting the train to London at 12 as we fly from heathrow. Super excited now! Going holiday shopping weds with all the coppers and little money I've been saving, got like 100 quid from it all! Whoop :)

Wow it's amazing how the shrapnel mounts up! I actually try and use up all the coppers at the self-checkout in Tesco!!

Oooh excited for you! Haven't been on a plane in three years since getting a mortgage!

Just doing a "staycation" in Donegal the first week of September. Not terribly exotic but it's a break from the hum-drum.

Weekend went well ta luv. Hope I get another 2-3lbs off by fourth weigh-in on Thursday. Fingers & toes crossed! x

Made the family lemon chicken it smells lush! From scratch too. Although I did pick out a piece of the chicken so I hope that's not going to screw up my last day! Silly me! As I fried it in cornflour. Silly silly
 
OHHHHHHHHH CRAP!! haha, I just looked at the allowed veg list for S&S and you can't have green beans, I've been having them all the time as I thought they were allowed. OOOOOPS!! oh man! haha.
 
I eat them all the time, just add them on mfp. No crisis! Xx
 
Cool! Haha! I did think my carbs were fine on MFP! Just had chilli with loads of cauli rice and mushrooms, was pretty good! Think I might start using cauli instead of actual rice after s&s! Xx
 
Ohhhhh god, migraine :( grim! Trying to watch tele but the colours are hurting my eyes so sitting in the dark now instead. Boo. I can't wait to eat more food hopefully the sickly headachy feeling I've had yesterday and today will go away! Xx
 
Day 1 refeed.

Sooo nervous for having my WI today! Feeling v v bloated and emotional, so maybe totm again for me. But it's been 8 days and I've stuck to plan well a few cheats but just a little extra protein and always been within cals and carbs.

Was really upset this morning, my dad died at the end of last year and it's just become really apparent my half brothers screwed me out of anything that was my dads, not just money as I didn't expect that anyway really but it seems I'm going to have nothing of his. My grandmothers jewellery has 'dissappeared' along with something that was supposed to be for my kids. And I really wanted all my dads cameras so much as he didn't go anywhere without this ridiculous hulking camera bag so would have been nice. It meant a lot, and he's just started ignoring my requests, there's not much I can do as he lived in Sweden and so does my half brother (who's 42- a lot older than me!) so I trusted him to sort it out, but he's told so many lies and conflicting stories I just don't believe any of it anymore. I'm really upset as I was really happy also I had connected with him, we've never really known each other and I thought finally I had a brother, so it's feeling like a double blow really, my bf always told me he thought it was suspicios and I shouldn't trust him, and I think he was right, I just wanted to have faith and believe people are ultimately moral and good. Ugh. Rubbish, v sad today. :(

4:30pm banana shake made with 500mls water
7pm 150g chicken, 100g tenderstem broccoli, 50g carrots, 50g peas + 500mls water
7:15pm green tea with mint
8pm 3 bits of potato (argh)
8:30-10pm 1 litre water, green tea with mint

WOOO 3lbs off for last WI. Bit gutted it wasn't more, was really hoping for 5, but its been pretty hot the last few days and I'm really spotty, bloated and hormonal (YUCK) so maybe TOTM for me. Going to work hard in my refeed to try and counter any water gains with some fat loss too. Weirdly even though I dropped 3lbs my bodyfat was higher?! I don't get that.

So finished offical S&S 18lbs lighter, in 3 weeks, can't complain like!

I just had a kiwi fruit! felt wrong, but soooo nice. And been sunbathing all avo so extra nice. xx

So sorry you're feeling so down about family matters Charl. Some people don't deserve to have family around them if that's how they carry on.
Pick yourself up and concentrate on the family you have around you now.
Your loses are great 18lb off in only 3wks is amazing.
Remember I followed the re-feed last week and lost 2lb so don't think you'll put any weight on. Just follow it to the letter and you'll be just fine.
OHHH please don't remind me of the apple episode last week when I was allowed fruit on day one :)
 
Ah thanks love!! I've been worried about the refeed, did you do much exercise while you were doing it?

I know they really don't, its a massive shame, but I have a whole other family who are lovely, I don't need them and their lies, I just hoped it would be different, oh well, live and learn as they say!

Did you just do the 1 week refeed? What have you moved on to now? xx
 
Ohhh refeed is testing me already! Made some potato salad for the fam and had 3 bits of potato! I was much stronger willed before this! No more cheating!!!!
 
I did 6days of re-feed for a party on Saturday.
Back on TFR now for 4wks getting the last chunk off for my holidays.
Only got 35days till I go :eek:
Just going to keep my fingers crossed now.
Have been going on the power plate in work but dusted off the cross trainer and doing about 20k a week trying to up my game a bit now though as the pressures on now x x
