The thing I like about minimins is that everyone either is or has been in the same position as me. We can all empathize and support each other. We understand how it feels when we gainied weight even though we were good.:sigh: We give kudos to each other when we've lost and support when we haven't. And it's not just about the weight loss either, but advice is freely given about other subjects and always appreciated.

So I want to take this opportunity to say than you to everyone who has helped and to all the helpful and interesting posts that I have read that have kept me on track, helped me make hard decisions and supported me even when I gained weight, espcially at those times.:gen126::flowers::thankyou::grouphugg::clap::happy036::bliss::talk017:

yes.. i too would like to jump on this wagon, and say a massive thankyou to everyone out there.. this site has been for me and many more im sure, my saving grace....
i want to be on here 24/7 but my eyes keep telling me i need sleep!

Absolutely, I know I can do it this time, thanks to the support and encouragement here. Doesn't matter how slow my progress, it's still progress. I am learning to like myself and am begining to treat myself with the respect I deserve, enabling me to resist eating leftovers etc., theres nothing more demeaning than eating OTHER PEOPLES leftovers. I am not a waste bin. I feel greatly empowered by this site, thank you one and all.

I agree totally with what everyone else has written. I've tried and failed so many times in the past but now I know that I'm going to make it this time because I have the support of everyone else on here.
Thank you all for being so supportive and helpful, I hope that I can be just as supportive to all of you too.
