Thanks to those who recommeded kingsmill crustless!!! Will never look back!

Its one of the tinned ones :)

Why is bread so expensive ( or am I just being tight) the kingsmill crustless is £ 1.25 at my asda for a small loaf.
I know its good points wise but why does it cost so much more.

its a bloody joke, all ww stuff is expensive, i amnot tight but my shopping was another £60 this week by eating healthy!

lol it is a lot more money for a lot less bread isnt it!
I get it though cos i much prefer it to ww now.
But when your having 4 slices a day like me a loaf doesnt last that long!

i just tried that bread with my chicken and leek soup, very nice bread! might have a bacon sandwich tonight! wats the ww bacon like?

Again i have only seen it in Asda £2.29 i think for 8 bits. Honestly its great really nice! My fav mch better than turkey rashers!
I had a bacon sarnie for luch it was yum!xxx

It is 49 cal a slice and saturated fat of 0.1g. As I'm still new to this does that sound like a point a slice?

Irene xx

Probably be around 1.5, are the cals etc on the wrapper, might be safer calculating it

i think you have got the crustless bread cos im sure that it's half a point for the slice not 1.5 points!
45 cals and 0.1 sat fat is half a points...it comes in 50/50 and white
