thought we could all share what we think are the best bit about an up day

for me it has to be the not worrying about weighing and measuring - I dont count cals on an up day - have what I like and will do so while weight is shifting

so girls for all those visitors to this part of the board share the good bits for you of an up day

Oh, me too Jelly. I have had too many of them this week though with it being school hols and socialising too much. Keeping fingers crossed for Sat weigh in!

I like it because it is a lifestyle change! You can move what you need to around to make it fit and work for YOU and STILL lose weight!

And like others have said, you can still go out to eat with your family and friends.

You can have what you want! No restrictions! If you have a cravin for something, you can always have it!!

Yes the best bit about an up day is definitely eating with family and friends, either a home cooked meal or out, definitely is the biggest upside with this plan, that you can still do that.

Some up days I don't count cals and have a relaxed food day lol. But most of the uds I do count cals as worry I'll eat too much else, think that's why I prefer dds as uds can make me feel a bit out of control and feel guilty for eating. If I keep a check on it, it makes me feel a lot better :D
