Today i had..

B -
All Bran - 200cals.

L -
Chicken fillet sandwich - 200cals.

D -
Beans, an egg and 2 slices of toast - lots.

Snack - half a banana - 50cals.

Dx2 - Beans, Chicken fillet, mushrooms and bread - 400cals.

1200-1300 cals all in all.

been rock climbing, am going to do some weights and stuff.

I am alive.

Had some time off, maintined for a while now. Upped my calorie intake by alot. My weight is bumping around again.

Going to start calorie counting again on Thursday to get rid of that last little bit of weight. [:

Started hiking, so will be doing that OFTEN. Went up kinder scout, mam tor and explored stanage lastweek. [Peak district]

So, fitness wise im doing well. Cal counting will resume either Thurs or Monday. 1200 - 1400 cals a day.

Im taking a break from my diet for a while.

Have mantained for afew weeks.

Been having some problems with my TOTM recently. Wondering if its down to weightloss, or restricting myself too much. [I know that can be a factor.]

Although, i have only lost a stone, so i doubt it'll be that.

Maybe it'll be doing more physical stuff thats upsetting it? I dont know.

Either way im taking a break. [:
