Had to make an emergency dash home....scaffolding has appeared on my house leading to sky light...I own but downstairs doesn't so I called council and they no nothing about it. Neighbours know nothing about it.... called police advised they can't do anything as only trespassing!!! Wtf please don't break into my house x
