hello

i have been looking into the dukan diet and i am very keen to try it - i was on the dukan site and they want £300 for personnal coaching

is this worth it? it seems very steep to me x

WOW £ 300 for coaching - that's a lot of money - we have all done it with the free help of our minimins friends - post your menus lucy and ask as many questions as you need - we all will have something to throw into the pot!!! Good luck - it is a great diet!!! x

yeah mine wasn't far off the same figure, it depends how much you want to lose cos its so much per day. I think the coaching on this site and at your own fingertips via google is already a saving of pounds LOL.

Save the money and buy new clothes when you've lost the weight. x
