The final countdown.....

Well my youngest just gone off to senior school and the tears were flowing for me he's my baby and he's all grown up!
Had a terrible night with pain and I am still in a lot of pain today so not sure I will be able to do too much exercise so it will be a spot on calorie day.

Breakfast. Half branflakes and half cheerios and milk and cup of tea.

Lunch jacket pot with prawns and low fat thousand island sauce and salad.

Dinner Roast lamb roasted butternut squash and sweet potato and veg and gravy.

Snacks frootz,2 pink n White strawberries and 2 mini Jaffa cakes.
Just under 1200kcal today.
Exercise 10 slow long minutes on Crosstrainer

Your little man will be fine. He will come home with so much to tell you this afternoon. Lot's of love though, it must be a strange feeling to know he is all grown up now. :)

Sorry about your knee. It sounds terrible, wish I could wave a magic wand for you.

I know I can't wait for him to get in :)

My knee is a total pain but hubby is off work today so he's let me rest while he cleaned :)

That's great news. My nephew loved school for about 3 days when he joined last year until he worked out it was much cooler to moan about it!! Hope his enthusiasm sticks around a bit longer!
 
So another day is here!It is my TOTM this week so I am struggling as always and i am really hungry we are holding a charity night this evening in aid of the Royal Manchster Children's Hospital and I am helping making the buffet this afternoon NIGHTMARE!!!

Breakfast Branflakes and milk

Lunch Brown roll with prawns and extra light Mayo and innocent smoothies fruit tube.

Dinner bacon egg and oven chips

Snacks Pink n whites,2 halves of lager

1300 kcals slighty over today.

Did well at the party last didn't touch any buffet and only had 2 halves of lager.I did no exercise yesterday so need to get back into some today.

Lunch jacket potato with prawns and laughing cow light cheese and ham.

Dinner Quorn sausages and sweet potato and gravy.

Snacks Trymlyne bar and pink n white

You have done really well with your food, so fingers crossed that will show on the scales for you.

Well done for surviving the party. Buffet food is a real weakness of mine. :)
 
Oh no. I have no idea how you managed to resist, but next time I am in a buffet situation I shall think of you and your amazing will power. ;)
 
I am having a rubbish week exercise wise I hope there is still a loss Monday!

Lunch Branflakes and milk small bowl.Slice of toast with a sneaky spoonful of peanut butter and jelly yum yum

Dinner Chilli and jacket potato and small amount of grated cheese

Snacks 2 pink n White.half pack of sunbites and pack of iced gems

Exercise 10 minute aerobic DVD and 10 min cross trainer

Just slightly over 1200 today

Good Morning everyone hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

Off for a bit of retail therapy today with mum and she wants to have lunch out so that means a salad for me!Only 2 days to weigh in and I am not blowing it now!

Dinner Chicken wrapped in bacon and cheese and sweet potato chips.

Well my food diary totally changed due to everyone wanting to eat out!

So this is it re done.

Breakfast same as above

Lunch Nandos chicken fillet burger on it's own ( so tempted to have piri piri chips)

Dinner Harvester spit roast chicken with salad cart ( chips even came on my plate and I didn't eat them!)

Snacks Half a lager at party.

Exercise walking round the shops!

Squeezy had a lovely day bought a load of stuff in Primark even som stuff in smaller sizes!

Lunch Crumpets and flora extra light

Dinner Chicken wrapped in bacon and cheese with jacket potato

Snacks Walkers sunbites 1/2 pack and pink n whites and innocent fruit tubes and iced gems
