Tuesday 5th January 2016
Breakfast - Apple, banana
Lunch - Beans & chili soup ( baked beans, hot chilis wized in blender, heat up and topped with bacon & cheese (HexA)), orange
Snack - 3 cups of ginger bread tea, 4.meringue mushrooms (3 syns), 2 small slices from walnut & sunflower roll (1/2 HexB). I buy fresh rolls e.g sunflower, walnut, poppy etc ( individual rolls sold in bakery section of supermarket), slice them and have 1-2 when I feel the need for bread.
Dinner - last of beef in gravey, plain mashed potato, broccoli, peppers
Snack - bunch of grapes, ff lemon youghrt, 3 cups caramel tea ( possibly more as I have an awaful heache, possibly catching a cold, so need to get rid of it), 2 mini celebrations (4 syns), mango
Finally, my bloating is easing. Will drink more liquid and hooe it clears by end of the week.
Exercise - up & down stairs many times, cleaning garage & moving stuff around
Total syns = 7

Oh your beans an chilli soups looks nice. Might be a silly question but did it taste to much beans or does it talk on a different tasteo_O
 
It did not taste like baked beans as the chilis gave it a nice taste. Normally, I would add some tinned tomatoes but did not have any. Try it, it is nice.

Breakfast - Banana, apple
Lunch - MD fish-o-filet & chips. it is not by choice (Weaked it so roll (HexB), slice of cheese (HexA), blob of sauce (3 syns), chips (10 syns)), diet coke
Snack - orange, apple, 3 cups of caramel tea
Dinner - large egg salad (leaves, tom, cue, olives (2syns), vinegrette (2 syns)), 4 small slices of roll (HexB)
Snack - 3 cups of ginger bread tea to warm me up as I am freezing, 2 temptation chocs (4 syns)
Exercise - not much except walking around the shops with a friend
Total syns = 21

B- Apple, orange
L - fruends came and briught lunch. Salmon, roast pots & sweet pots, salad ( leaves, tom, cue, olives(1/2 syn), fresh lemon), 2 small slices of WM roll (1/2 HexB), small glass of wine (3 syns), black coffee
S- Black coffee, 3 mini celebrations (6 syns)
D - leftover salmon & salad (1/2 syn for olives), greek youghrt dressing (3 syns), eggs, 4 slices walnut & seeded rolls (1/2 HexB)
S - orange, clementine, ff lemon/lime yog, 3 cups of ginger bread tea
Exercise - up & diwn stairs loads of times, 1/2 mile walk
Total syns = 13

S- 2 cups of tea (1/2 HexA), 4 tiny crackers (HexB), Mango & lime cheese (1/2 HexA), black coffee, small choc (2 syns), 2 boiled sweers (1syn), apple, banana
D- last of salmon with salad ( lettuce, tom, cue, vingrette (3syns)), 2 ff venila youg, 3 cups of ginger bread tea, pack whole grain bites (4.5 syns)), 2 celebration chocs (4 syns)
Exercise - 1/2 mile walk
Total syns = 14.5

D - chili with brown rice, salad leaves, slices of cue & tomato
S- Apple, clementine, ff you, black tea, 2 mini chocs (4.5 syns)
Exercise - 1.5 miles walk
Total syns = 15.5

D - chicken curry ( chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, chili, carrot, broccoli, coconut oil (3 syns)), with boiled potato, broccoli, carrot
S - black tea, clementine, oat muffin(2 syns)
Exercise - 1/2 mile walk

L - cottage cheese & bacon salad ( leaves, tom, cue, pepper, carrot), black tea, apple, clementine
S - potato cakes (whoops - not sure how many syns), mango puree (syns?)
D - Steak cooked in butter (3 syns), sw chips ( 3 syns for oil), mushroom in gravy (2 syns), diet pineapple & coconut crush
S - ginger bread tea, palmier biscuit ( 6 syns)
Exercise - walking around (1/2 mile)
Total syns = too many so calling it flexi syns for today
