Thanks for dropping in. I'm new to this diary lark so it probably isn't very interesting but it's meant to keep me focused and so far it is.

I think it's very important to have food the family will eat - I have a dh & 2 kids and there's no way I'm making different meals so whatever we have needs to be tweaked to fit everyone i.e. ds will eat some carrot / swede mash but not a lot so I will do him a quick microwave jacket potato with his tea tonight - that way everyone is happy. :)

QUICHE!! But I'm sure a lot of people will do that! x

I was thinking of quiche - my sw quiche is lovely (if I say so myself) obvious really if you look at my menus :D. My other alternative is egg fried rice. I was trying to think of something that you would normally serve on a buffet.

Weigh in Wednesday - red

Bit annoyed with myself that I had 2 bags of ryvita minis last night - all because they were different flavours.

Now this pesky 0.5 lbs which kept me away from 2 shinys last week had better be joined by some lbs to keep my happy. Much as I'd love to loose 5 stone in the next 20 mins with my sensible head on I'm here for the long haul and if I can keep my average of 2lbs a week I'll be happy.

Breakfast - weetabix (hexb), milk (hexa) & banana

Lunch - smoked salmon, vlf cottage cheese, salad, cucumber, tomatoes, mullerlight (0.5)

Snacks - apples, plum, pear, satsuma, nectarine

Dinner - tortilla (bacon, egg, mushrooms, low low cheese spread (hexa), fried potatoes in skins (hexb)), options (2)

Syns for the day - 2.5

Total syns for the week - 79.5 - but only 77.5 before wi - I'll count the other 2 next week

I quite enjoyed them, tried the salt & vinegar and cream cheese & chive but then I like scanbran remember :8855: they are a bit dry but ok. It's definately worth getting multipack as they are 4 syns not 5 - obviously a smaller pack but I didn't notice.

Morning
