Hey guys, I'm Anna. I've been hanging around minimins for a while and I have been doing very well (*toots own horn*) but...I am struggling so badly at the moment :cry:
Its not even something I seem to be doing wrong. I have eaten well within calories for a while, I exercise about four hours a week etc etc. I'm approaching the middle of my weight loss journey and I am a stone and a half away from exactly half way. I wonder if that's part of it too...
So I am starting this diary in an attempt to figure out what I'm doing wrong and get back on track.
