    Hey guys, I'm Anna. I've been hanging around minimins for a while and I have been doing very well (*toots own horn*) but...I am struggling so badly at the moment :cry:

    Its not even something I seem to be doing wrong. I have eaten well within calories for a while, I exercise about four hours a week etc etc. I'm approaching the middle of my weight loss journey and I am a stone and a half away from exactly half way. I wonder if that's part of it too...

    So I am starting this diary in an attempt to figure out what I'm doing wrong and get back on track.

    Hope you guys will come along for the ride :eek:

    Today -

    Calorie Burn = 917 (as calculated by my trusty Heart rate monitor). Combination of 30 day shred lvl 2, cleaning and Just dance 2. Also got five gold stars for "Wake me up (before you go go)" so very happy with that :p

    Food = after dinner will stand at 1160, but might have a yoghurt to take it over 1200 as I have done allot of exercise today.

    Fingers crossed for some loving on the scale tomorrow :sigh:

    Hi Anna, how on earth do you get Just Dance to work, I am never in time, even though I think I am doing pretty damn well??!! Well done on your loss so far, amazing! xx

    Hi Anna, we are in the same boat. I've just hit the halfway point and my weight loss is pants!!! Admittedly I'm no saint and I'm determined to increase my exercise again as I know this helps, but I definately feel like I'm getting a bum deal at the moment with the weigh in's!!!

    Here's to us moving forward from the halfway point and on the road to goal weight, good luck! xxx

    Thanks for dropping by Beryl! I am pretty hot at Just Dance but I agree sometimes it can be a bit off. Do you have JD2? Because the sensor has improved so much after JD1!

    Well I am glad I'm not alone! I just dont know what to do since I havent been very bad...or I have been bad one meal/day and thats it and seen no improvement over the week...its totally unfair..stupid bodies!

    Scales are making me happy today and I am feeling very chirpy! Off to the gym at lunch and going to crack on with C25K week 1 again. I am tempted to be trying wk 2 by now but I want to give it one more week of a sucessful completion.
    So far just had Oat so simple, a coffee and now sipping sugar free squash. Yum :)

    glad the scales are moving for you again...it's very frustrating when they don't!! weirdly the only reason they started shifting again for me was i started losing hope and ate more cals (not loads more, maybe 3-400?) and cut down the exercise...and now it's falling off!! bodies... x

    I have never got past week one but thats more down to my schedule (I work shifts/nights) than anything else! I really enjoy it and it gives me a real boost. Its so simple and I feel Ive worked out hard at the end but I am not absolutely gasping for breath etc because you can work with your own running speed.
    Last week I did the runs at 7mph!:D

    Yeah I have used that trick before. But TBQH I didnt count cals last w/e and I had a cheat meal this weekend and was a bit lazy on the exersise so I wonder if its just that. I also took some medication last weekend (also got really drunk and was sick :/ danced all night and barely ate etc etc) and I cant help but think that may have made me retain water etc etc.

    Hopefully what I have seen today on the scales means back to my usual 3 lbs off a week. *crosses everything*

    crossing everything for you too :D 3lb a week is brilliant. thats what i'm aiming for too. well done on being out of 40s bmi by the way, i was so happy the day that happened to me :D

    It was the best! You are real close to 35 BMI now which will be amazing too, grr I wish I had your height!

    Hehe yeah I'm lucky in that respect!! Anything under 15st = I'm not obese. But the downside is I'll never be all lovely and petite! x

    I am sure you will Colly!

    So went to the gym at lunch and was a little annoyed to see them moving around the equiptment, I couldnt get hold of a spare treadmill so I had to do something else. Ho Hum, in the end I did 25 mins on the x-trainer and then 10 mins rowing burning 555 cals all together.
    Working till 7pm tonight, yawn, I hate 12 hour shifts!

    I swear by x trainer, I think it's the best workout at the gym. :)

    Home now and stuffed full of brown rice and chilli, NOM!

    I'm basically a glorified telephone monkey for a soft services company. Its so pants and I hate it but...Im on this scheme thing for 'up and coming people' so I have to stick to it for a while. I do nights as well, sucks :(

    Yum, is brown rice nice? Do you know if you weigh the rice raw or cooked to work out cals? xx
