hehe, i told myself that too :D but then again, i did resist a cinnamon waffle for pudding so that's one small victory haha! off for a bike ride tomorrow so hopefully will earn some activity points back x

i opted for a starter instead, had crispy coated chicken strips for 11PP ouch. worth it though :) x

was lovely thanks julie, but got rained off unfortunately! which has resulted in a day spent in the house pigging out grrr!! when will i ever learn eh x

just thought i'd pop in to let you guys know i haven't been updating as i've had a week or so off plan, despite my best efforts! anyway, have decided just to eat healthily up until my holiday (on monday!) then obviously i'll be off plan more or less for a week whilst i'm away.

but don't worry, i'll be hitting the ground running as soon as i get back, and shifting as many pounds as i can before september.. hoping to hit target, not sure if this will be achievable or not, will find out when i get back off hols and see what i weigh :)

anyway, hope all is well for everyone else!! :D updates coming soon xxx
